CLAUSE FROM THE LOPD (Spanish Statutory Law for the Protection of Personal Data)
The present Legal Notice regulates the use of the website: www.themunshop.com, whose purpose is the online sale of articles, marketed by the company and registered trade mark MUN, with office in Menendez Pelayo 9, Valencia (Spain). Any relationship between MUN and its online users, present at the afore-mentioned website, is subject to Spanish Legislation and Jurisdiction.
The User is duly informed, and fully accepts, that access to the said website does not in any way imply the commencement of any kind of commercial relationship with MUN.
The copyright of the contents of the said website, its graphic design and codes, belong solely to MUN, and therefore, it is hereby forbidden to reproduce, distribute, publish or publicly share, transform or engage in any other activity which may be performed making use of the contents of that website, even if the source is quoted, unless explicit written consent is duly given by MUN.
MUN reserves the right to update, modify or remove such information as may be found on its website, and may even limit or disallow access to the said information for certain users.
Sending personal data is compulsory in order to contact and to receive information or products marketed by MUN. In the same way, not providing the requested personal data or the non-acceptance of the Present Policy for the protection of Personal Data, implies the impossibility to subscribe to, register for or receive information about the afore-mentioned services.
In accordance with what is set out in the above-mentioned Ley Orgánica (Spanish Statutory Law) 15/1999, of the 13th December, referring to the Protection of Personal Data, the User who sends information to MUN is the sole person responsible for the veracity, and correctness of the data included, MUN thus being exonerated from any responsibility pertaining thereto.
MUN shall not pass on any personal data to third parties.
Any communications you might wish to convey, and in order to freely exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, may be addressed by post to C/Menéndez y Pelayo 9, 7c, 46010 Valencia, or to the email address: email@example.com , together with a photocopy of your Spanish DNI *( Documento Nacional de Identidad…National identity Card), stating as the subject “DATA PROTECTION”.
The User hereby declares that he or she has been duly informed about the Conditions of the Protection of Personal Data, and thus accepts and consents to their being dealt with in the way and for the purposes previously stated in the Policy for the Protection of Personal Data.
MUN reserves the right to modify the present policy, in order to adapt it to any future legislative and jurisprudential changes, in addition to possible variations in business practices.
